Paid assistants

How many paid assistants does your school have?  I wonder as some teams seem to have so many more than others and am unsure if that is generally volunteer or not.

We get 1.  With 30 plus kids that is very thin on coaches.

Our school also pays for one. Our club pays for 2 more. 2 is really bad when your sending kids to a varsity and jv tourney

We get a certain amount of money that basically equals one assistant and the head coach.

We find a volunteer to take kids to JV tourneys.  The volunteer doesn't take much budging.
