Columbia Head Coach for past 8 years just resigned. Badger Alum, still has some ties back to WI. From NJ originally did a great job at EIWA/Ivy school with coaching stops at Purdue and Hofstra prior.

Tanelli was hired as the associate head coach, which (and I'm guessing) has some language about being the next head coach.
Big difference IMO between assistant and associate.
So what is happening with Frayer? His current title is AHC.

Good question. Maybe Tanelli just wanted out of Columbia? IDK. Weird to take a step backwards in position. That said, Blacksburg is a great place and VT has a beautiful campus. Not the worst place to land.
