Here is what the article says, "Penn State freshman Morgan McIntosh (25-2 at 197)"

I could swear he is a Redshirt sophomore.

He is. Wrestled to the round of 12 as a true freshman. Red shirted last year when Brown was inserted at 74, Ruth to 84, and Wright to 97.
