In years past none of the D1 schools other than maybe the host send all the starters / varsity.  A few of the starters that "need" some extra matches because coming off injury or using for wrestleoffs or ?? etc.   Example could be (I don't know the plan) for the Badgers 149, 157 etc whomever is not starting at Nebraska on the same day.  Even though not on the list of schools TomM copied and pasted here, University of Iowa most always sends redshirts and some non starters.  Minnesota usually has a few also.
