Lauren Mertens (Germany) defeated Ronna Heaton 10-4. Heaton finishes 4th at the tournament.
The score was 6-4 in the 2nd period, but Mertens scored the last two takedowns.

Ronna qualifies for the Olympic trials as the Highest placing American. According to FloArena it has Germany, Mexico, and Canada ahead of her.

This article says Erin Golston at 50KG, Areana Villaescusa at 53 kg and Alexandria Glaude at 68 kg were the three US Olympic trial qualifiers.
Even though Ronna Heaton was the highest US finisher at 57KG, I think she needed to medal. (3rd or better)
